Overview

Our client plays a major role in the field of E-learning for the students. Here, they used to provide a tablet based training to the students in which some topics were already there in the device and there would be some online sessions or training going on with which the students were needed to attend the training.

However, due to the SIM coverage limitation to certain extent, most of the students were not able to attend the session due to poor connectivity and had missed the classes. So, my client had decided to get the solution for this problem and wanted to expand their business too once the problem was rectified.

Challenges

Due to the poor connectivity, so many students were not able to attend the live classes and that really affected the student’s performance in their studies and also there were chances of losing the business due to bad feedback from the students.

Solution
